Delete your Alayam account
For the Alayam website and the Alayam app for Android (developer: GIG MENTOR, Bengaluru).
If you can sign in
- Open the app or alayamstudio.com/account and sign in.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
If you can't sign in
Contact us from the mobile number on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it's you, delete it within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, mobile number, email, password, saved address and state.
- Your saved body measurements, and your wishlist.
- Any photo you shared of yourself, and your comments, on request.
What is kept, and for how long
- Orders you already placed, their invoices and payment references: kept as long as Indian tax law requires (about six years), then deleted. The measurements on an order are deleted 90 days after delivery.
- Short error reports from the app or website have no personal details and are deleted after 30 days.
